What to include
Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and which device you were using. If you can, include your app version and a screenshot of the issue.
iCloud sync
Rivelle stores study data locally and syncs through Apple's iCloud services when sync is enabled. If sync looks stuck, confirm that iCloud is enabled for Rivelle on each device and that you are signed in with the same Apple ID.
Mac download
If the Mac download does not start, visit the download page again. After the DMG opens, move Rivelle into Applications before launching it.
Privacy
Rivelle does not require a Rivelle account. For details about local data, iCloud sync, and website analytics, read the Privacy page.
