These terms cover the Rivelle website and the Rivelle apps for Mac, iPhone, and iPad. By using the site or the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Rivelle.
Using Rivelle
Rivelle is provided as a local-first study app for language learners on Apple devices. You may use the app and website for your own personal use. Please do not misuse the service, interfere with the website, or attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app except where applicable law allows it.
Cost and availability
Rivelle is currently offered free. There is no Rivelle account, subscription, or checkout required to use the app.

Updates and availability
Rivelle may change over time. Features may be improved, adjusted, paused, or removed. We will do our best to keep the website and app available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access.
No warranty
Rivelle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do our best to make the app thoughtful and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or fit every use case.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rivelle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or website.
